HalitosisBetter Breath Means Better Relationships Bad breath, known as halitosis in professional circles, can cause embarrassment for the carrier and discomfort for others. If you have bad breath, you probably don’t want to talk about it, and if you know someone who has it, you don’t want to bring it up. Many people suffer from bad breath without even knowing it. Those who suspect they have halitosis try temporary cover ups, like breath mints or alcohol-based mouthwashes that dry out the mouth and increase susceptibility to bad breath. Some people just don’t know what to do, so they do nothing. What Causes Bad Breath? Pro Treatment CloSYSII manufacturers recommend taking six steps to kissable breath. First, use a plastic tongue scraper to remove all the coating from tongue. The starter kit includes a tongue scraper, or you can purchase them at the drugstore. Scrape the entire tongue, including the extreme back portion. Next, use a Q-tip to place a tiny dab of CloSYSII toothpaste between your teeth and below the gum lines. Floss over this gently. Then, with your CloSYSII toothpaste and warm water, brush your teeth, gums, tongue, roof of the mouth, and the sides of your cheeks. Remember, bacteria isn't picky about where it hides. Next, rinse twice: first with water, then with CloSYSII mouthwash for 30 seconds, forcing the liquid between your teeth. Finally, use a fresh mouthful to gargle for 60 seconds. Do not rinse again with water. This will stop the odorous sulfur compounds for up to 5 hours. Tuck the CloSYSII breath spray in your pocket so you can freshen as needed throughout the day. Most people experience dramatic results in just a few days of treatment. |
